Old sequences, new heights! Thank you @donkakong and @artist_vova.sagin for literally showing me the ropes and guiding me through the madness that is flying however many feet off the ground 🤯

This weekend has been such a whirlwind, I took a straps class for the first time in a year and a half, performed flying pole at Lust Caution, jammed with pole friends, old and new, and went up higher than I’ve ever been! My heart is so full. Much love ♥️♥️♥️

Hey everyone, I’m so happy to announce that in addition to teaching pole classes at @polepressure, I am also available for flying pole and regular pole privates! I’ve been training pole since late 2018 (so over 6 years, wow time flies) and flying pole since 2023 under the instruction of the incredible @donkakong (check her out if you haven’t already!). I’ve also been performing at cabarets through @subtle.asian.polers since late 2023 as well. Feel free to DM me for more information or to book; always happy to chat. I’m so excited to share my knowledge of pole and flying pole! taken in Pole Pressure DC by @ellaisflying

Finally back on flying pole for some twirls today 🌪️✨ thanks @cirquehaus for the beautiful space and community!

Fun fact: I was listening to flyleaf while cranking this one out but thought this music fit better 😆

Played around with some shapes and transitions I taught during a last minute sub today. It feels good to be back training in the studio! Have been in a bit of a rut.

Thank you @shulalaland for the music by @ellaisflying

Ahhh my #pdflyby progress has me so happy!! Constantly inspired by @branmuffin05 @chiemi_chunga and @amandalyn.morighan. And thank you for cheering me on, @cwil44 and @_buff_kirby_ !! Can’t wait to train more at @polepressure 😍😍

P.s. I stalked @vrnkvai’s videos because her power spin technique is 🤌 by @ellaisflying

I’m back!!!! Today, during open pole @polepressure, I tackled the #pdflyby, which I had never been able to do until today. I always chickened out of the regrip. Far from perfect, but I am so proud of myself for continuing to grow! My injury gave me hell, but I’m on the mend and determined to come back even stronger. I’m also back to subbing pole classes at the studio ♥️

Huge shoutout to @amandalyn.morighan for inspiration. Hope to be posting more in the near future :) by @ellaisflying

Ahh finally getting around to posting my performance at @theglowmd!!! @joandcoop thank you again for having me this year, I had such a blast putting together this act and being pulled up for the first time by @jeffsquire24 (thank you again for working with me on this piece!)

I worked really hard on focusing on fluidity and slowing down. Thank you @bekahburke for the coaching! Sometimes, there is real beauty in simplicity ♥️
