On June 8, l'll be paddling 21 miles on Lake Austin for the 3rd time as part of the 17th Annual Flatwater’s Dam That Cancer!💙🩵🧡

My goal is to raise $3,000 through the link in my bio! 100% of proceeds raised benefit Flatwater, which exists so individuals, couples, and families navigating cancer don’t have to carry the emotional weight alone.

Bryan was my dad's best friend. He was the kind of person who showed up, who made people feel seen, and who left a mark on everyone lucky enough to know him. When we lost him to cancer, we didn't just lose a friend we lost a light that can't be replaced. I'm paddling in his memory, and in honor of the family he loved so deeply. Every stroke I take on that water is for him.

Flatwater Foundation, is doing something truly meaningful. They provide access to mental health therapy in the wake of cancer connecting individuals and families with licensed therapists to help clear their mind, heal their body, and find the strength to take on a diagnosis. For families in financial need, they cover the cost of therapy entirely, so there can be one less worry on their journey. Because cancer doesn't just affect the body. It shakes everything and no one should have to face that alone.

Since 2010, Flatwater has provided over 78,000 mental health therapy sessions and placed more than 3,000 individuals and families with therapists right here in Central Texas. With nearly 161,330 Texans expected to be diagnosed with cancer in 2026 alone, the need has never been greater.

By donating to my page, you're joining the fight against a disease that takes far too many people far too soon. You're helping ensure that those still in the fight have the mental health support they need to keep going and that fewer families face the kind of loss ours has.
