Great food is one thing. Sharing the table with people who live and breathe Arizona’s food scene makes it even better.

Such a great night at @ellaonthepark for an intimate chef’s dinner curated by Chef Brian with some incredible @lamarcaprosecco cocktails. 🥂

The menu took us through pork belly with Steen’s cane syrup and cornbread purée, duck with umeboshi salsa macha and tangerine, chicken gumbo with Jacob’s andouille and Carolina Gold rice, quail with dirty burghul, whey garum and harissa, and finished with bourbon cake, Buffalo Trace caramel, popped sorghum and popcorn ice cream.

One of the best parts was the table. Friends from LaMarca, media, local chefs and some familiar faces from around the Valley’s food community.

No running around trying to get content. Just relaxing, breaking bread, talking about food and enjoying what Chef Brian and the team put together.

Great dinner and a reminder of how special the Arizona food community really is! taken in Hotel Solaya by @ellaonthepark

We like our ribs smoky, our sauce messy, and our guests coming back for more.

Four hours in the smoker, tossed in tangy-sweet Carolina Gold sauce, and piled onto a brioche bun from local Noble Bread.

Fine dining in Old Town Scottsdale…

@ellaonthepark was such a fun spot for a date night or special night out. Located inside the stunning @hotelsolaya this restaurant is so good. The food gives fine dining with some incredible flavors and bites. Specifically the pork belly, crab fritters, and beef ribs were the standouts for us!

Save this one for your next Scottsdale dinner 💕
