To the other half of me,

I don’t want to see the end of the world without you-my biggest supporter, the brightest light in my life. You bring laughter into the quiet, peace into my storm, and love into places I didn’t know needed it. I’ve never been one to allow people completely into my life, allowing someone to learn every part of me because I just felt as if I was always and will always be better on my own but there is no way I’d be better without you. Thank you for loving the ugliest parts of me and still thinking they are beautiful. I’ve never experienced a love so pure, a friendship so deep and an admiration like yours and I thank god every day for that. I adore you and I hope we spend a lifetime—and then some—celebrating our birthdays together. You feel more like home than any place ever could. My person forever, happy birthday my ris. by @ellaponte_
