Guess what guys ??
We Ran a 15km today .😩
At 12km it started raining but I had to wear my shower cap 😊.

whenever I’m sad? I go for a run. 😂 I literally put all my anger, frustration and emotions into that run. Because tell me why I went for a run after leg day, and by the end of it, my bum,my Quad and my hamstrings were finished… and I still ran 15KM.
It can only get better!!

I really want to see how far this body can go, and I can’t wait to find out!
One month from today, I’ll be running my FIRST HALF MARATHON, and honestly, I don’t even know how to feel. I’m excited, anxious, nervous, and questioning my life choices all at once. 😂😂 But I signed up for this, and I’m going to show up for myself. It’s time to test these limits!

Steady Grinding Saturdays are for long runs or long walks!

I couldn’t go for a long run today, so I decided to switch things up and go for a long walk instead. Honestly, long walks are one of my favorite parts of Saturdays. ❤️

We got a good walk in today, and we’re still showing up, one step at a time.

Hope we are still locked in Keep showing up, guys. We’re in this together!
