When an email showed up in the inbox from @bmwmotorradaus, all of a sudden daily admin became exciting.

It was centred around the yet-to-be-released BMW R 12 G/S, asking if we’d be interested in building our own interpretation of the upcoming model using the BMW R 12 nineT as a donor.

Been an amazing last couple of weeks getting this BMW R12T ready for @bmwmotorradaus we will be heading out to test the bike tomorrow with @deusexmachina and @engineeredtoslide and we can’t wait to see their interpretation of a R12 G/S. It’s been an honour to be invited to build this bike. More photos and videos to come.

Ok, here’s some WIP shots of a Honda CB650R that we’ve been working on for the better part of this year.

We’re approaching the tail end of delivery, so thought it’s a great time to share some of our process!

Our client came to us with great inspiration images and he was keen to for us to go as hard as we could with design. After stripping the bike down, we’ve cut the whole back end, 3D scanned the entire thing and built out the CAD.

After several iterations of 3D printing and fine tuning the lines and sizing, we’ve sent everything alway to be fully CNC machined.

We love builds like this where we’re able to showcase what we can do, from the handmade to the Computer Numerical Control machining.

Over the winter we decided to hibernate from the trappings of social media. But since Spring has sprung early here in Queensland…we’re back baby!

We’ve been really busy here and can’t wait to share everything we’ve been working on.

Keep an eye out for upcoming launches of the Ducati MHR 900, BMW R1150R, Yamaha XJR1300 and a Triumph Speed Twin 900 just to name a few.

Alright introducing one of our latest major builds a 2025 Honda CB650R for an awesome client who has set a dream brief for us. We’re going to try and take you all along this journey as the build progresses.

We generated a handful of concepts late last year. The bike has been 3D scanned and we’re deep into the CAD work. We’ve stripped the bike down and started on the fabrication.

Not sure how we feel about the eClutch system — can see some benefits for stop-start traffic as well as for riders with left hand mobility issues…what do you think?

We’ve been amazed as to how restricted these engines come (Australian delivered for learner riders). We’ve promptly derestricted and doubled the HP.
