Someone once told me I’d never be happy with my body.

She was wrong.

Consistency. Discipline. Dedication.
Don’t ever listen to anyone but yourself. Only you know what’s best for you.
I want to thank my dear husband for all of his support.
@orimoscona, I am so lucky to have you by my side. Of course, now we are a matching set. You’re my inspiration. ❤️ by @ellastars

A real and honest WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 🤍 (you asked for it 😅)

This is one full day of eating that helps me stay lean, feel energized and hit my protein goals.

I’m not saying everyone should eat like this—our bodies, routines and goals are all different. This is simply what works for me.

Eat what makes YOU feel your absolute best. ❤️ by @ellastars

Amazing date night at @sippingtiger 🐅🍸
We got to try some seriously unique cocktails — have you ever had a cocktail with coriander?
Delicious bites, creative drinks and such a cool vibe.
Btw, the tiramisu was heaven.
