Amazing August. ✨

This month, I’m helping a personal friend prepare for her Mommy Makeover, and I’m currently working with three clients from Las Vegas as they explore their surgical options with us in Beverly Hills. Between the hundreds of inquiries we receive and the virtual and in-person consultations I guide each week, it’s been an exciting start to the month.

After 10 years in plastic surgery, I still love helping people make informed, confident decisions about their journey. Whether you’re just starting your research or you’re ready to book, my goal is to make the process simple, honest, and personalized every step of the way.

Thinking about plastic surgery? I’d be happy to answer your questions and help you explore your options. Send me a DM to get started. 🤍 taken in Beverly Hills, California by @ellavateconsulting

Thank you Audrey Ortega + LA Beauty Guide @labeautyguide for spending the evening with us and for highlighting something I care so deeply about: plastic surgery is about so much more than choosing a procedure or looking at before-and-afters. The experience, education, trust, and the people guiding you through it matter just as much. 🤍

A huge thank you as well to Megamix Expo @megamix_expo for all of the support behind this event. It means so much to see everything come together with such an incredible group of people supporting the vision. ✨

And of course, thank you Dr. Urmen Desai @desaiplasticsurgery for trusting me to play such an important role in our patients’ journeys. Working alongside a surgeon whose work speaks for itself allows me to focus on what I do best: helping patients feel informed, comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for from consultation through recovery.

After more than a decade in this industry, seeing the role of the surgical consultant recognized in this way feels especially meaningful. It’s also a big part of why I’m building Ellavate Consulting—to bring more education, transparency, elevated patient experience, and real conversation to an industry that can sometimes feel overwhelming.

So grateful for everyone helping bring this next chapter to life. 🥂

The news is out ✨

I’m excited to officially announce my partnership with Dr. Urmen Desai and Desai Plastic Surgery @desaiplasticsurgery as Lead Plastic Surgery Consultant, creating a stronger bridge between ELLAVATE Consulting and one of the most respected practices in Beverly Hills 💎

I’ve known and worked with Dr. Desai for over 6 years, and what has always stood out to me is not just his surgical talent, but his consistency, precision, and genuine care for his patients. While many know him for his signature 45-minute breast augmentation, I can confidently say his work across all areas of plastic surgery is truly top tier.

This partnership allows me to continue doing what I love most — guiding patients through life-changing decisions with trust, strategy, and real advocacy — while giving my clients direct access to an exceptional surgical team and experience.

ELLAVATE Consulting has always been about helping people align how they feel on the inside with what they see on the outside. Now, with the support of Dr. Desai and his incredible team, that vision becomes even stronger.

I’m excited for this next chapter, for the patients we’ll serve, and for the long-term work we’re building together ✨
