Taking time to be still and gaze at this morning’s moon. Finding moments of calm. In the rush we sometimes miss all the little things that really are the biggest.

Have a beautiful Sunday!

Show up for yourself and your goals when motivation doesn’t. The only person who has to show up for you, is you. Some days are all about discipline.

Trust the journey even when the path is unclear. There’s a whole world waiting for you.

Even if one duck is out of place, keep moving forward. Life won’t always be perfectly lined up. Progress over perfection. Always. ❤️🦆

You don’t need permission to have feelings. It takes more strength and courage to express them than it does to hide them.

Just be you! Genuinely.

A new season, a little change in the air.🍂Fall into the little things that bring you happiness…. crisp air, golden leaves, a leisurely walk, warm coffee, quiet mornings and cozy evenings. Whatever that may be it’s a great time for a reset.

✨Sometimes the little things are everything.
