12 years today without my grandma, and somehow I still miss her just as much.

She was one of the most important people in my life. Truly the glue that held our family together. There are so many things about who I am that trace right back to her.

And the funny thing is, I know she’s still with me. I feel her. There are certain moments, certain places, certain little things where I just know she’s there.

But knowing that doesn’t make me miss having her here any less.

I miss you so much, Grandma. 🤍

Some days I’m motivated. Some days I’m absolutely not.

But I’m learning that building the life I want has a lot less to do with waiting until I feel inspired and a lot more to do with showing up anyway.

For the work.
For the ideas.
For the businesses I’m building.
For the version of me I keep saying I want to become.

Because the days you don’t feel like doing it? Those are usually the days that matter most.

Keep showing up. Even when it’s not perfect. Even when you’re tired. Even when no one is watching.

Sometimes, that’s the win.

Yesterday’s Zuma Beach sound bath gave us one of those sunsets you just can’t plan.

As the sound bath came to an end, everyone opened their eyes to this. The entire sky over Malibu had turned orange, red, pink and gold. It honestly felt like the sunset had been timed perfectly for the experience.

I’ve watched a lot of beautiful sunsets during our beach sound baths, but this one was different. Everyone just stayed for a while, taking it in. And then, a little later, the moon rose over the other side of the beach.

Sound healing. Ocean waves. A Malibu sunset. And the moon rising to close out the night.

Sometimes nature really does the most. And yesterday, she absolutely showed off.

So grateful for everyone who shared this beautiful evening with me at Zuma Beach. 🤍

The Harvest Moon isn’t for chasing more. 🌕

It’s for noticing what’s already growing.

The Harvest Moon is the Full Moon closest to the fall equinox. Its name comes from the time of year when crops were traditionally gathered after months of planting, tending, and waiting.

And honestly, that feels like the perfect reminder right now.

We spend so much time focused on what we still want that we forget to look at what’s already changing.

The opportunity that finally showed up.

The boundary you actually kept.

The habit you changed.

The thing you prayed for six months ago that has quietly become part of your life.

The version of you that handles things differently now.

This Full Moon falls in Aries, bringing the focus back to YOU. Your courage. Your needs. Your next move.

So before you ask the universe for something else, take inventory.

What did you plant?

What actually grew?

What are you ready to harvest?

And what can you stop carrying into the next season?

You might realize you’re further along than you thought.

Harvest what grew.
