Doing it all alone isn’t just physically exhausting, it’s the mental load that no one sees!!

It’s remembering every appointment, every grocery item, every bedtime story, every bill to pay, every “don’t forget.” It’s running errands and at the same time making every decision alone while trying to be strong for someone who depends on you!!

Some days, the weight feels heavier than anyone realizes. But somehow, managing to keep showing up with love, resilience, hope and faith 🙏🏼

To every parent, carrying the invisible load, I see you. You’re doing an incredible job, even on the days you don’t feel like you are 🤍

Meine Tochter darf so viel Schokoladen Eis essen wie sie will 😋

🍫🍧 Zutaten:
1 reife Avocado
430g Kokosreismilch
80g Datteln (entsteint)
70g Kakao
100g Cashewkerne

Alles 2 Minuten Stufe 10 im Thermomix mixen, umfüllen und einfrieren bis man die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht hat. Tipp: kann aus dem Kühlschrank auch als Schokopudding serviert werden 😍

I pray she grows to be better, braver and stronger than I ever was. More grounded. More confident in who she was created to be. May her dreams be bigger than mine.
