Today marked a major milestone in my academic journey—I successfully defended my senior thesis. My research focused on the role of the United Nations as a key player in maintaining global peace, a topic that challenged me to think critically about international cooperation and conflict resolution.

The defense itself was an intense and rewarding experience. I presented my work to a panel of three judges, who then had the floor for 20 minutes of in-depth questioning. Their insights pushed me to articulate my ideas clearly, defend my arguments, and reflect on the broader implications of my research.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to engage in such a meaningful academic challenge. This experience not only strengthened my confidence in public speaking and critical thinking, but also deepened my interest in global affairs.

Looking forward to applying these skills and continuing to grow from here. by @elleglobaldiplomacy

The Kingdom of Bahrain was able to collaborate as a sponsor with other delegations to submit a working paper 🎉. We focused on the education initiative towards rural and urban areas. by @elleglobaldiplomacy

The Kingdom of Bahrain advocates for Topic 1 to be addressed first. However, Topic 1 was overruled through a motion to set the agenda for Topic 2. Eventhough our topic was not prioritized, the Kingdom of Bahrain is willing to collaborate with member states to address Topic 2.

Greetings,

My name is Elle Modock, and I am honored to serve as a delegate representing the Kingdom of Bahrain at the upcoming National Model United Nations Conference in New York.

I will be participating in the United Nations General Assembly Third Committee (GA3), where my focus centers on the protection of Freedom of Religion and Belief.

Elle Global Diplomacy was created as a platform dedicated to informed dialogue, principled engagement, and the thoughtful examination of global affairs. In an era marked by misinformation and political division, I believe diplomacy must remain research-driven and solution-oriented.

Through this page, I aim to explore my topic through previous and new UN resolutions, human rights frameworks, and speeches from my country addressing this global challenge.

I look forward to learning, engaging, and contributing to global conversations.

Welcome to Elle Global Diplomacy. 🌍
