As I look back at last week’s @nycda Nationals, I have a hard time putting it into words. My favorite chapter has officially come to an end. I am overwhelmed with gratitude toward my team, parents, directors, and lifelong friends. This past week was the perfect end to my competition days. I am so excited for my next chapter, but I will truly miss this part of my life.

Thank you @nycda and @lanterijoe for creating such a special place and helping me find who I am as an artist. I will forever cherish the moments and friendships I made through my journey as an NYCDA kid. @suzitaylor30 , spending my last moments with you was so special. Being in your opening number was perfect in every way!

To my studio @utartscollective , thank you for everything. From starting preschool with you at 3 years old to now graduating and heading to college, you have been the biggest part of my life and journey. You have pushed me endlessly, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I found my forever friends and family through UAC, and I found who I wanted to become because of this studio. While it’s hard to say goodbye, I know a part of me will always call it home.

@amyteague , thank you for trusting me with your choreography this final season. I am so grateful to have shared so many moments with you over the years. I could not have asked for a better way to end my competition journey than creating a senior solo with you. It was not easy, but the challenge made it all worth it. There is so much more to be said, but for now, Thank you, Amy. 🥹

@mad.cheal , @shaely_eaton , and @i.sabelleharris , I am so honored to have learned so much from each of you over the years, and I will forever carry your leadership with me. Thank you for everything! I love each of you so much! I have the best directors 🤞

@cwkelson and @sethkelson , I can’t put into words how grateful I am to have you in my corner. You have been there every step of the way, encouraging me to take new opportunities and supporting me through every challenge. I could never be who I am without your guidance, love, and strength. Thank you, Mom and Dad. 🙏 taken in Jacksonville, Florida by @ellekelson.dance
