and that’s the training all done 🥹

Final weights, final ergs, final mobility 🤘🏼

Sometimes the event is an anticlimax. It’s 60-90 minutes where you condense all of your hard work over the last 12 weeks. I’m buzzing for Wednesday, but proud of the past 12-weeks and what I’ve managed to do.

Whatever happens, this has been my best training block hands down. And it’s only going to get better from here 📈

the smile being the main difference 🥹🫶🏻

Start of this year I had no idea where I was going or what I was doing with my health and fitness. But I knew I’d decided 2026 would be the best year yet.. so far so good ❤️

Wearing @oneractive through it all 💪

Proud of me for getting through this week 🤧 entering into my final week pre-Hyrox Mixed Doubles, with only 3 days of training left before we rest up and do mobility only! 🤞🏼➡️

Sat and watched Smile in the middle of the day on Tuesday, if that doesn’t show you how bad as a dog I was then idk what to tell you

Went to the pumpkin patch 🎃 unfortunately we did have to stand in the freezing cold on the side of a 60 road for 2 hours and waited for the RAC because the car smelled of burning BUT pros & cons u know

Coffee as pre workout for a 6pm leg session? Wouldn’t recommend

How I’ve sat all week at the thought of anything that requires me to get dressed and leave the house 🙂

More daytime horror viewing and spending money I don’t have - never remove me from this pit of the couch xxx

Lots & lots of mobility. Not to jinx it buttt hip is holding up 👀

My attire of the week, comfy clothes and my favourite accessory .. bed !

Let’s see what we can do this week 😎 by @ellendinningfit
