We all have a spark in us that we can use to help others. I am obsessed with this comment from a young child. Yes, your pictures will bring beauty to the world, little one. The future is looking bright. #Debbie'sSong @Kar-ben publishing. #kindness #healtheworld #tikkunOlam by @ellenl411

The blank page. A scary threat or an opportunity? It depends on how I'm feeling, but today I'm going with opportunity. Maybe something new and fresh that will no doubt only come alive after a ridiculous number of revisions. What do you feel when you see a blank page? #amwriting #PB #ideas #12x12picturebookchallenge by @ellenl411

Modern Rome. This nun in her traditional habit is in front of a revolving sign for some very untraditional products. I missed the slide with a woman barely dressed. #Roma #changes #culture by @ellenl411
