Read the caption:

1 - A bounced cheque isn’t automatically criminal anymore — usually civil debt, unless fraud is involved.

2 - Owe over AED 10,000? A travel ban can hit within 24-48 hours of a creditor filing suit.

3 - Carrying more than AED 60,000 in cash, gold, or valuables? You must declare it at customs.

4 - A large deposit with no clear paper trail can freeze your account within 24 hours.

5 - Tax evasion is a criminal offense here.. up to 5 years in prison and fines up to 3x the evaded amount.

Different rules, not no rules. Know them before you act.

1 - Cheque sem fundos não é mais crime automático. Hoje é considerado dívida civil, salvo em caso de fraude.

2 - Dívida acima de AED 10.000? Proibição de viagem pode sair em 24-48h após o credor entrar com ação.

3 - Levando mais de AED 60.000 em dinheiro, ouro ou valores? É obrigatório declarar na alfândega.

4 - Depósito alto sem origem clara pode congelar sua conta em 24h pela lei antilavagem dos Emirados.

5 - Sonegação fiscal é crime aqui.. até 5 anos de prisão e multa de até 3x o valor sonegado.
