1 month of “Regulate” 🥹 Releasing on EXHALE was always a dream, but I never thought it would actually become real. When I first started working for the brand, I didn’t even know who Amelie Lens was. And people often ask me how I ended up here. The short answer is: I was found on Facebook. The longer answer is that life slowly led me here. My love for music that started when I was a kid. My parents separating. Moving to Duisburg. Dropping out of school. Doing my apprenticeship in Wuppertal. Deciding to become self-employed as a videographer. Covid, which finally gave me the time to start making music. Finding the courage to send Amelie my tracks after three years. So many mistakes, so many decisions, so much struggle - but also so much joy. Including many lessons and extra rounds along the way. I’m really proud that I kept listening to myself in the end - even when it sometimes took a hard hit to do so. Every situation, every setback brought me exactly here. So thank you @amelie_lens , one of the most inspiring people I’ve ever met - someone who truly sees people, not numbers. And thank you to the whole @exhaleofc team, especially @kesic.silvi and @maxtassi , for being the best and for holding everything together behind the scenes. the past weeks have been fucking intense. for the whole of may, i had a production in a different city every week, plus 1–3 gigs on the side. at the same time, my personal life was somewhere between loss, overwhelm, constant adjustment and an emotional rollercoaster. i was forced to get my routines together because otherwise the whole thing simply wouldn’t have worked. every time i met someone, they would tell me how amazing everything seemed to be going. honestly, it rarely felt that way. i felt disconnected from myself. i was trying to fix everything and was so focused on finding a „why“ that i didn’t realize i was actually growing. for the last three weeks, i’ve spent time putting myself back together and i came out of it with the biggest realization of all: i’m actually living the best time of my life right now. and i don’t have to understand every twist and turn to allow life to change me. so here’s a little reminder to myself: if you don’t feel like yourself, there might be nothing wrong. you might just be shedding an old version of who you are ✨ taken in Neukölln, Berlin, Germany by @ellentrenn

wauwwww still thinking about tirana 🥹
this is not me playing the biggest stage ever for @exhaleofc 😭♥️ ngl, i was a bit intimidated at first but you made that disappear pretty fast. the people, the city, the whole country is just SUCH A VIBE. everyone was so welcoming, i felt at home straight away. 🫶🏻 unfortunately once again it was proven how quickly culture gets pushed aside - still really sad about how the police ended the event (even with all permits in place). but that didn’t take away from how special this was to me. THANK YOU albania, i’ll definitely be back and thank you @amelie_lens @exhaleofc for having me 🥹 taken in Tirana, Albania by @ellentrenn

i honestly still don’t really know what to say 😭 playing the legendary fabric for @exhaleofc and on top of that setting the vibe for the one and only @amelie_lens was definitely not on my bingo card for 2026. i just feel sooooo happy and very grateful to be part of this ♥️
 and I feel even more grateful to be surrounded by the best people in moments like these.
