My soul dog, my best friend, my Brucey boy 🐾🩵

I don’t think I’ll ever have the words to explain what you meant to me. You were there through so many chapters of my life, loving me unconditionally and making even the hardest days a little easier. You are family, my comfort, and a piece of my heart.

One of the things I’ll always remember is how you would bring your carrot to anyone who came into our house, as if you were so excited to share a little piece of your world with them. And no matter what kind of day I was having, when I came home, you were always the first one I went to see. You were always there waiting for me, and somehow, just seeing you made everything feel okay.

Today, I had to say goodbye to you, and I’m not sure how I’m supposed to learn to live in a world without you in it. I would give anything for one more cuddle, one more kiss, one more carrot, one more day with you.

Thank you for loving me so completely, Bruce. Thank you for every memory, every laugh, every moment, and for being my soul dog.

Home will never feel quite the same without you. I hope you knew just how deeply you were loved. Run free, sweet boy. 🌈🩵Until we meet again, you’ll forever be a part of me.
