Nike Outdoor Nationals 2026 was amazing! I placed 6th on the EE day of competition (out of 62) and 38th across both days combined (out of 102). I was very excited to have made finals and earned a medal! I had a very consistent day with 5 of my throws within a foot and a half of each other! After so much travel and a time zone change I am very happy with my best throw of 129’8. I also got to cheer on two of my Carmel teammates! I am so proud of you @norahchase_throws and @kaitlynoshimura, you are both awesome! This was such an amazing meet to end the season with and I am so thankful for everything I accomplished these last few months. 🩷 #discus #trackandfield #classof2027 #tracktownusa #haywardfield by @elliecooley_throws

The Midwest Meet of Champions took place this Saturday! I am so thankful I was asked to represent the Indiana juniors. I had my most consistent meet ever with all six throws over 130 and placed 3rd with a throw of 138’9! So excited to continue this success as I prepare for Nike Outdoor Nationals this Friday. #discus #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

Carmel girls won the State Championship last night! I am so especially proud because I placed 8th in the discus which earns all state honors. This contributed 2 points to the team score! I had my second best meet with a throw of 138’7 (and had 5 throws over 135). This season has been absolutely amazing and I’ve loved sharing these victories with my team. I am excited to continue my season these next few weeks at the Midwest Meet of Champions and Nike Outdoor Nationals! 💙💛 #discus #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

I am so proud to say that I will be continuing my post-season at the Regional meet this Tuesday! After several rain delays and cold weather I am so happy to have performed well at Sectionals the other day. I had a very consistent night and another meet over 130 (130’5.5) is always exciting! Also super proud of all the Carmel girls who competed and contributed to the overall team win! 💙💛 #discus #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

Wrapped up my regular season with meets on Thursday and Saturday! I threw 131’6 in the discus and I am proud of my consistency. I also had so much fun at the first ever Carmel JV invitational where I competed in the shot put! Glad to end the season on another meet over 30 feet. I am so ready for country tomorrow and I’ve loved sharing this season with my team! 💙💛 #discus #shotput #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

I competed at two invitational meets this past weekend. Proud of how consistent I was even in the cold weather! I threw 131’2 at the Zionsville Invitational and 131’3 just 14 hours later at the Kokomo Relays. Happy with both my performances and excited to continue the season! 💙💛 #discus #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

Tuesday was the first home meet of the season. I am very proud to say that I got another PR in the discus with a winning throw of 136’9! I also got over 30 feet in the shot again, placed 4th, and was just two inches from a PR! Also super proud of my teammates and our sweep in both events. 💙💛 #discus #shotput #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

So proud to have competed in the Dennis McNulty Invitational in the discus! It consisted of 9 schools and there was some great competition. I PR’d by over three feet with a winning throw of 133’8 and it was my first meet with 2 throws over 130! Overall an amazing performance from the Carmel team. Proud to be a part of this team win! 💙💛 #discus #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

Tuesday was my second meet of the season. I had a huge PR in the discus with a winning throw of 130’3! I also had my most consistent meet ever with an average of over 128 feet. Still working on my shot rotational but placed 10th and still threw farther than my last season PR! Excited to keep the momentum going 💙💛 #discus #shotput #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws

Kicked off the outdoor season on Tuesday! I placed 1st in the discus and threw less than two feet off of a PR (after scratching the first two). I am so proud that I could come back on the last throw with a solid mark! I also PR’d in the shot put with a throw of 30’5.5 and placed 7th! It was a great overall team performance and it was an amazing start to the season 💙💛 #discus #shotput #trackandfield #classof2027 by @elliecooley_throws
