In 2024, I stepped into the year suffering from the injuries of my car accident. I endured heart break after a long-term relationship. I moved back in with my family and lost my independence. I gained 30+ lbs and completely lost sight of myself. I felt so sad, beaten down, and depressed.. despite what story social media may have shown.In 2025, I step into the new year with my body feeling more healed. I come with a nurtured heart. I come 30+ lbs lighter and have found myself again. I am part of the @onyxfitnessli Top 10 Freshman Class. I’m submitting my application to become a @gymshark Athlete. And to add on to all of this, I am now beyond excited to announce that I am officially launching my online coaching business, ✨ Elevate with Elliee ✨Elevate with Elliee has been in the works for a while now. I’ve poured all of myself into this. I promise to each person that joins my team, I will do everything on my part to help you reach your goals, and you will never feel like you are alone through your journey. I’ve been there, I know how hard it can be, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I truly believe everything in life happens for a reason. I got into my car accident for a reason. I gained the weight for a reason. I had my heart broken for a reason. It didn’t make sense then, but it makes sense now. I want my struggles to inspire others, to transform their mind, body, & lives.
