Hi everyone!!! My name is Ellie Fangman and I am the owner of Power & Poise. I grew up loving competitive dancing and over the past 7 years have grown to love all things fitness and wellness. I am certified in personal training through National Academy of Sports Medicine and have been working in the wellness industry the past two years. I want to help dancers not only gain physical strength and awareness of their muscles to improve their dancing, but also improve their mental resilience on stage and in the studio.

I am so excited to bring my passion for dance and fitness together and to be offering classes and private lessons this summer to help dancers train! So excited to see all of your smiling faces this summer!💪🏻🫧☀️🩰
