We were incredibly honored to be selected to transform the new Douglas Elliman Georgetown office in Washington, D.C. — a project that challenged us to rethink what a luxury real estate office could look and feel like.

The vision was simple, yet ambitious: Create a space that doesn’t feel like an office, but feels like home.

A place where agents genuinely want to be. Somewhere they can feel comfortable, collaborate, entertain clients, host events, connect with the community, and grow their businesses. An environment that reflects the sophistication, warmth, and elevated lifestyle of the luxury homes they represent.

Bringing that vision to life meant transforming nearly every inch of the space!

From replacing the existing flooring with beautiful European white oak to updating the paint, electrical, kitchen, and bathrooms — every detail was thoughtfully considered.

The design features stunning slim Shaker lacquer-painted cabinetry, luxurious Montebello quartzite, beautiful architectural tile from Emil America, and, of course, what we love most — custom millwork!

Rich wood-veneer entertainment cabinetry, a custom conference table, thoughtfully designed built-in desks, and bespoke furnishings bring warmth, character, and a residential feel to this extraordinary space.

The result is a beautiful balance of luxury residential living and modern functionality.

Because great design isn’t just about creating beautiful spaces. It’s about creating environments that bring people together, inspire connection, and make people feel something the moment they walk through the door.

As Christina Macro so beautifully said:

“The places you go shape your journey. The people you meet transform who you become. This is that place, and these are those people. Welcome home.”
