Obligitary content to promote photography 💀 I have over 100 photos on my page please check them out and say hi in the comments! I am an amature wildlife photographer based in the West Midlands of the UK. I started posting my photography earlier this year and made it my goal to build a portfolio of work as fast as possible! This has helped me learn about the animals around me, how to do photography better, and also has just been great for the soul. I'm shooting on a 14 year old camera with a 2nd hand lens off ebay so I haven't got the fanciest setup on this website but I hope you like the pictures all the same :) I photograph birds, insects, any mammals I see. Nothing is too big or small. Now please excuse me while I post a bunch of hashtags. Idk if they help with the current algorithum but worth a go haha. ----------- GEAR: Canon 60D Canon EF 100-400mm Mark II Graded in Lightroom. Portrait of an urban fox (vulpus vuplus) in a garden in London. Photo taken from a 2nd story video, not my usual vantage point for wildlife but worked in this instance. Although I'm not sure who was watching who more... RIBBIT! Photographed last spring in my Aunt and Uncles pond here is a Common Frog (Rana temporaria) in the UK. The slime surrounding it is actually from their eggs. Amazing animals, amphibians will always have a special place in my heart. Comparison of Juvenile (left) and Adult (right) Common Starlings, Sturnus vulgaris. DISCLAIMER: while I photographed these two animals together on the same perch in the same image I edited them closer together in photoshop to help contrast their similarities and differences. I also added framing of foliage around the whole image when in reality it was just on the left hand side. ----------- ABOUT ME: I'm Elliott and two years ago I started getting into wildlife photography which has become the perfect excuse for spending early hours, late evenings and every single walk learning about the animals and ecosystems around me. ----------- GEAR: Canon 60D Canon EF 100-400mm Mark II Graded in Lightroom. Juvenile Robin with the red breast starting to develop! Beautiful speckled coat and as charismatic young as they are as adults. Europian Robins (Erithacus rubecula) are not only known for their year-round cheerful song, but they also have a reputation for being friendly companions to gardeners! ----------- HASHTAGS: #wildlife #wildlifephotography #naturephotography #conservation #rspb #bbcspringwatch #BBCWildlifePOTD #wildlife_shots #nuts_about_wildlife #springwatch #worldwildlifehub #naturelovers #bestwildlife #bestwildlifephotography #lovingnature #bbcspringwatch #bbccountryfile #rspblovenature #wildlifephotography #bbccountryfile #rspb_love_nature @rspblovenature @bbcspringwatch @canonuk by @elliottgoeswild
"Strike a pose" A Cross Orbweaver building it's web 🔥 I took this photo yesterday on a very windy walk, I was hoping to photograph some butterflies but there were none around so ended up turning my attention to the hedgerows. Going to Richmond Park to photograph deer feels a lil' cheaty as they're EVERYWHERE but that's what I did last September and they were all very charismatic.
