Not to be dramatic but, this is the only way I can relax at night. 😬🤣

For me it brings peace and calm. So if you need some more of that let’s LOUNGE:
Laundry
Outfits
clean Up
No dishes in the sink
Grub
Edit to-do list

Then I allow myself to lounge around and relax.

What after-work routines to you swear by? by @elliseryan

no literally.

oh and feed your mind and body healthy thangs.

hope to see you on the mat this week. by @elliseryan

Let’s talk boobies. 🍒

Because if there’s one thing I don’t look forward to, it’s getting them smushed during a mammogram.

So when I had the opportunity to partner with @treasure.coast.thermography and experience thermography for myself, I was curious!

No compression, no radiation, and a completely different experience than what I was used to.

I’m all about asking questions, learning new things, and being proactive about my health, so here’s a little peek at my experience!

And because we’re talking about breast health, a quick reminder: Thermography isn’t a replacement for mammograms or recommended breast cancer screenings. I’m simply sharing my personal experience, not giving medical advice.

Jody was so kind, explained everything, and I’m so happy we have options like these in Stuart. 🫶 by @elliseryan

Post about it.
Talk about it.
Text about it.
Call about it.
Be about it.

What did I leave out? by @elliseryan

scary stuff when my inside thoughts make it to the outside world 🫣 by @elliseryan

And if you get it, you get it.

Also, finding the best coffee in every town is always on the agenda.

What’s on your girls’ trip agenda these days? by @elliseryan

Sharing what helps me so dang much.

Decision fatigue is so real. And avoiding it is my mission. As a type-A, I get misunderstood. A lot. I’m known as boring, rigid, too planned.

But in my mind, it’s peaceful, flowy, managed, and ease.

To each their own. Am I trying to be a bit more relaxed about things in life? Sure. Just not in the routines that I know work for me. If you need a little less decision fatigue in your life, I truly hope this helps. 🫶 by @elliseryan

No hate to the weighted vest girlies, but if you need me, you can find me in a 100-degree room questioning my life choices and fighting for my life.

Different workouts, same goal: staying strong in our 40s. 💪

But also, do I need a weighted vest? by @elliseryan

But really, strengthening our hips is so underrated.

It’s my new favorite body part to train. I feel like women need to get on the hip strength trading train asap! My walks and runs are a million times easier now. Recovery, stretching and balance have also greatly improved. Can you tell I love me some hips!?🤣
