The Kitty. Once upon a time, a guy received an unexpected invitation to a mysterious photo shoot. With curiosity outweighing hesitation, he agreed, eager to see what lay in store. As he arrived at the studio, he was greeted by a team of stylists and makeup artists. They didn’t offer much explanation, only asking him to trust the process.

He was led to a wardrobe filled with elaborate costumes, but they selected one for him—a sleek, black cat costume, adorned with shimmering stones and fur. The photographer, noticing the guy lost in his newfound confidence, started calling him “Kitty” with a playful smile. “You’re really getting into it, aren’t you, Kitty?” Photographer teased. The guy chuckled, but something inside him shifted. He felt so immersed in the role that it no longer seemed strange.

As he struck another pose, the photographer smiled wider, watching as the young man embraced the costume fully, almost forgetting where the costume ended and he began. Stuck in his thoughts, he realized that “Kitty” was more than just costume - it was a part of him now.

Быть собой в современном мире, значит ценить себя здесь и сейчас, и как бы не было сложно - ценить прошлое. Ведь без него не было бы вас нестоящих. Без грима, масок, брендов, одежды. Именно этих настоящих вас. Сбросив одежду физически и ментально вы поймете, чего стоите вы сами.

Возможно этот смысл заложен в номере Феникс? Как вы считаете?

Пожалуй, переложение одного из самых первых моих костюмов завершено. И я рад, что именно фотограф, которая кажется скоро сможет сделать со мной именную фотокнигу, отсняла результат

Exactly one year ago, a dream I had been chasing for years finally came true. I took 1st runner-up at the Irish Burlesque Festival and heard a phrase I will remember for the rest of my life: “We don’t choose where we are born, but we choose who we are.”I have always believed that art knows no borders.

I live in a place where are is not free and I know how hard to be yourself sometimes. Achieving my dream is the ultimate proof that if you follow your heart and choose your own path, you will one day see that long-awaited picture become a reality.

Пожалел ли я о том, что не смог остаться на работе, которую считают «нормальной»? Нет. Было ли сложнее строить свой путь и искать место которое ближе? Сначала да. А потом, когда ты понимаешь что профи станешь только в там, где тебе реально нравится, а не там куда советуют пойти мама-папа-общаство, становится гораздо проще. Ведь ты находишь СВОЙ ПУТЬ!
