Are you just a number? Real estate is tough and Dubai turns the pressure up fast. High targets. Constant competition. Another deal. Another percentage. The people who last here are usually in the right environment. Somewhere that pushes them, backs them and genuinely cares about progression. Culture matters more than people admit. You can be ambitious and talented, but if you’re somewhere that drains you instead of develops you, success won’t last. If you are starting to feel like just a number, maybe it’s time for a different environment. Drop us a DM for a confidential chat. by @ellisrealestatesolutions
If you’re thinking about relocating to Dubai, you’ve got to be prepared. This isn’t a market you arrive in and figure out as you go. Before you even think about booking a flight, here are 5 things to get clear on. by @ellisrealestatesolutions
Reset Weekends in Dubai  Dubai can be hectic - especially if you’re working in real estate. Back-to-back viewings. Endless WhatsApps. Clients in different time zones. If your nervous system needs a reset, here are 3 things you can do this weekend to fully switch off: 1️⃣ Get out of the city  A hike in Hatta or Wadi Showka, No emails. No listings. Just exercise, fresh air and space to breathe. Get there early to see an incredible sunrise 2️⃣ Do one thing that has nothing to do with work  Padel. (The matcha club is a good one) Take an art or pottery class. (Al Quoz has some great choices) Sound healing. Ice bath & sauna. Something where your phone stays in your bag for a few hours! 3️⃣ Head to Kite Beach Centre in Umm Al Quwain  Not the Kite Beach we all know and love - this one is about an hour out of Dubai and feels like you are in Bali! Surfing, mangroves, sun loungers and it’s pet-friendly  Tree-trunk swings by the shore. Canoes on the sand. Fresh coconuts in hand. Let us know what else you would add? by @ellisrealestatesolutions
Did you know there are two different ways to access real estate roles? Both internal and agency recruiters play a role in real estate hiring. The difference is how much of the market you get to see. Knowing your options helps you make better decisions Swipe through to find out the difference between agency vs internal real estate recruiters by @ellisrealestatesolutions
