Raw ingredients for the win 🥛✨

A year ago if you told me to eat a raw egg I’d probably laugh in your face. But switching out processed foods (like protein powder) has genuinely changed the game for me. I’ve been doing predominantly raw ingredients and whole foods for just over a month and my bloating has almost completely disappeared. I’ve maintained my weight but look visibly leaner, I feel full of energy and my skin is looking better than ever.

All you need for this high-protein chocolate milk is:

- raw milk (I eyeball my measurements)
- 2 eggs (or more for more protein)
- 1tbsp cacao
- 1tbsp maple syrup

There is something powerful in keeping things simple! Let me know if you’d try 👀

I love training in @sculpwear 🤍

The session:
- Mobility work
- Pistols and dragon squats
- RDL
- Hamstring curl with a forward lean
- Hip flexor sit up
- SL Hip thrust

The goal is improving mobility, flexibility, overall hip health and strength, because what’s the point of looking good if you’re not MOVING and FEELING good?! ✨ by @ellstav
