And what a weekend its been!So grateful that I finally got to meet Morgan and we were able to make this Superfight happen. Late post😬Last weekend I got to compete in a Superfight on @grapple.mania with the fabulous @wildstyles_jess and what a cracker of a match this was🔥🔥🔥We were able to do a slightly modified adult ADCC ruleset allowing everything except rotational submissions and this was the first time I have ever got to do this in a competition with someone close to my age, weight and skill.We had some great exchanges, I tried my Mir lock, triangle, arm bar, aoki, and straight foot lock. We went the whole 8mins, no points, down to refs decision ending in Jess' favour.I had so much fun you couldn't wipe the smile off my face😁Can't wait to run this one back when Jess' team allows the full ruleset. It will be 🔥🔥🔥 Thanks so much @grapple.mania for having us on the show and in the meantime if anyone else wants a match with me pls hit 'em up👊Big thanks to my coach @fcoringabji for always backing and believing in me 💯🙏 and my @coringabjjaustralia family for all their love and support. Yesterday was a big day...even for me.Started the day strong with 2 tough wins in wrestling, then rolling right into the afternoon to take 4 wins in Jiu-Jitsu — I can honestly say I left everything on the mats!To top it all off, I was honored to receive the "Best of the Year 2025" trophy for Judo that evening. 🏆 This award means so much to me and fuels me to continue pushing forward. It really was a perfect end to a long, hard-fought day.I would like to thank the Subiaco Tigers wrestling coaches for being in my corner yesterday. Thanks for all the kind words and good advice.🙏Big thanks to my coach @fcoringabjj for always looking after me and having my back, and my @coringabjjaustralia family for their continued love and support.
