AUGUST!
Started off in Bali to celebrate Jacks 40th! Came home to weddings and full heads, tried to take my friend copper and ended up mahogany 🫠🫠 spent time with our Loki girl, cooked yummy food, celebrated my beautiful friend Bree’s baby shower and ended the weekend with AN ENGAGEMENT!!! Holy moly August was SO GOOD!!!! by @ellyphair

FACE CARD 🥵🥵🥵

It’s so heartbreaking when you finish a huge job and it’s night time 😭😭 I was truly defeated because I spent 5 hours foiling my little heart out to make @hollymiiller a blondeyyyy and the thought of not being able to show it off hurtssss! The content we got still works but OOOH MY GODDDDD it doesn’t do the colour justice. I was SO SO SO happy with it and know it was so good! Holly loves warm! Like almost copper warm. Her hair literally looks like butter 🧈🧈🧈 anyway… be blessed with her face and the average lighting swipe for her before and after xoxo

If you are thinking about hair extensions for your wedding.. GET THEMMMM 🩷

Especially if you’re wanting your hair down and a curl. The bouncy blowdry is so in at the moment but for it to last ALL DAYYY we need a bit of help x

I personally LOVE working with them! I prefer it actually! You just have to know how to work with them. We personalised the length and thickness on Stephs day. It took maybe 30 mins all up to apply and cut in. Not long at all!

You can be SO SURE that the curls will last all day! We wanted a beautiful bouncy glamour wave. I am using my @cloudnineoz wand that I have had for yearsssss. It never fails me and I use it on ALL of my weddings!

Extensions curl VERYYYY easily and like I said will hold all day. Is little trick is to go through with your round brush and hairdryer to relax it a little. You can see the look start to take shape after a lot of brushing and back combing. My @natalieannehair teasing comb is an extension of my hand in weddings. Here is a little snippet of what an extension removal & installation looks like. The grown out extensions were about 5 months old. After the removal we did a fresh colour, ordered the extensions and popped them in a week later.

Myths about hair extensions!
They look fake.
You can’t have your hair coloured with them in.
They are high maintenance.
I recon that’s definitely the case with some extensions! BUTTTTT my keratin bonds here literally show you that all of that is not true ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 This is our ten week colour touch up using the new ALK range in @redkenpro_anz looove it! I did a full head of tips 10 weeks ago and not one has fallen out! We will easily get atleast another 6 weeks out of these and like… look how shiny and bouncy and fabulous she is!

How did I ever do more than one client at once? 🤯🤯 here I have 4 extra formulas mixed up AFTER my foil work has been done. Customising the colours this way creates a longer lasting result IMO xx using my @redkenpro_anz shades to root tap + flash lift to wet baly and my new favourite gloss all over is adding pastel pink into all my formulas 🩷 try it xx

Bali attracts people from all around the world, I took notice of a lot this time around, trying to figure out what it really is that draws people to the busy, hectic, crowded, polluted, dirty place! It’s the freedom, the no judgement, being surrounded by multiple languages and cultures on the one beach. It’s inspiring and happy and I’ll always go back!
