Fathers Day isn’t exclusive to biological fathers but also to uncles, older brothers, step-dads, mentors, role models and anyone who played a father-like figure in someone’s life. @elove1984 played a father-like role in myself & brother @alimglobal lives in our adolescent years and as we grew into adulthood he became our big brother/uncle. He’ll always be remembered, NEVER forgotten. Happy Father’s Day to all the great father figures out there! #HappyFathersDay

HAPPY BIRTHDAY #ELOVE ! One thing about E is you never saw him down or sad about anything. He was a tough guy but had a kind and generous heart. He always gave back and was always striving to leave this world better than he found it. His impact on the culture was so huge & will never be forgotten. I spoke to him on January 11th & he was supposed to fly from Vegas to NYC to meet me but instead I got the news the next day that he passed from an asthma. I say that to say live every day like it’s your last and if you really love someone don’t let small things ruin relationships. Tell your loved ones you love them and if you have a dream go for it NOW because tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone. Anyway, enough of the sad & serious stuff, EARL was a funny guy who loved to live life and laugh and wouldn’t want to see me down. Time to reflect, laugh, & enjoy his birthday!
