The face behind El Puente Catering. 👋❤️

Hi, I’m Emmeline, the owner and chef behind El Puente Catering.

If you’re new here, welcome! I thought it was time to introduce myself.

El Puente wasn’t built with investors, a large commercial kitchen, or a team waiting to help. It started with nothing but a dream, a love for bringing people together through food, and the determination to keep showing up.

Every event I’ve had the honor of serving has been another step in building something I truly believe in.

To me, food has never been just about what’s on the plate. It’s about celebrating milestones, gathering with loved ones, and creating memories that last long after the meal is over.

Today, El Puente is more than a catering company. My goal is to create intentional dining experiences where every detail, from the food to the presentation to the service, makes people feel welcomed, cared for, and remembered.

To every client, family member, friend, and supporter who has trusted me and believed in this dream, THANK YOU!. Your support has helped turn an idea into something I’m incredibly proud of, and I’m just getting started.

I’m so grateful you’re here, and I can’t wait to share this journey with you.

Welcome to El Puente Catering! Where we’re bridging our family to yours. ❤️ taken in Ocala, Florida by @elpuentecatering

$50. That was my first order. ❤️

Before the big events.
Before the beautiful installations.
Before the private chef experiences and everything El Puente has become today…

There was a $50 order.

And I’ll never forget it.

Because it wasn’t really about the $50. It was the first person who believed in what I was creating. The first time someone trusted me to prepare something for them. The first little seed of what would eventually become El Puente Catering.

Looking back, I’m so grateful I didn’t despise the small beginnings.

Every order mattered. Every client mattered. Every “yes” helped build what exists today.

And if you’re building something right now and it feels small—keep going. You never know what that first little opportunity will grow into.

God has been faithful through every season. 🙌

From a $50 order to the El Puente Experience.
And we’re just getting started.

A Gators-themed private chef experience—because your theme should be more than just a color palette. 🐊🧡💙

For this experience, we didn’t just prepare the food—we created the entire dining experience around their love for the Gators. From the menu and presentation to the tablescape and little details throughout the evening, every element was thoughtfully designed to bring the theme to life.

That’s what we believe private dining should be: personal, intentional, and completely yours.

You bring the occasion.
We create the experience. ✨

It’s all in the details. ✨🥖🥗

Delicious dinner rolls and a Caesar salad served in the cutest little golden bathtub. Because at El Puente, even the salad gets an elevated presentation. 🤎

Beautiful food. Unexpected details. An experience worth remembering.

The rustic character, the vintage furniture, the real wood, the intentional details—The Packinghouse at Sugarcane Farms is the kind of venue that doesn’t need to pretend to be rustic. It simply is. @sugarcane_farms

We love bringing our catering experiences into spaces with this much personality. ✨
