Coach Elsa is proof that movement does not have to look one way to count.

Swipe through the carousel and take a glimpse inside her class.

You will see more than movement.

You will see a coach meeting women where they are and reminding them that they do not have to do everything perfectly for what they do to matter.

Need to modify? Modify.

Need to slow down? Slow down.

Only have 15 minutes? Honor the 15 minutes.

That is the 0.5 rule in action.

Coach Elsa began her wellness journey at over 300 pounds and had to confront the belief that because she was full-figured, she could not take up space or lead from the front of a fitness class.

Today, she is doing exactly that.

Because movement is not one-size-fits-all.

Your race.
Your pace.
Your journey.
Your beautiful body.

Modifications are not “less than.” They allow you to honor your body, stay connected to your commitment, and keep moving forward.

That is what real women leading real women looks like.

As you swipe, ask yourself:

What has all-or-nothing thinking convinced you does not count?

If you are ready to experience Coach Elsa’s class and discover what movement can look like for you, comment ELSA below.

Coach Elsa, you are a different kind of strong. by @elsa_theoriginal

For the first time ever I looked at a photo and thought “she looks like a good mom.” Its as if I didn’t see me in the photo 🥹
.
I would be lying if I didn’t tell you that there are days I question
“am I good enough?”
“am I doing the right thing?”
“do my dreams matter?”
.
That thought, this moment with my babies turning to me for protection from the chill in the air that day reminded me that I AM ENOUGH, I am exactly who those babies need, and with God’s Grace will know exactly what they need.
.
Thank you @madilaciephotography for capturing this moment. For your incredible talent, for seeing my babies, and putting a smile on their faces! Love you mama 🫶🏽

💫 11 Years. I learned from the lows and stay hungry during the highs. Countless gigs, gyms, people, places, faces, songs, trainings, trips, clothes, shoes, sooo many shoes and I wouldn’t trade a minute of it, or take it for granted!
.
💫 My goal has always been to be MY best, treat people well & make people have fun! I have laughed and maybe even cried a little but I keep coming back.
.
💫 I am especially grateful for all the students who support me year after year, from location-to-location, my mentors especially @saldizes & @zj_lauralanni Your leadership and encouragement has been a giant inspiration. My road dog & Z sister @illyisland007 so blessed to call you a friend….and there countless others I have met that have become family along the way.
.
💫 Cheers to the 11 that have passed and to all the ones to come. I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THIS LIFE!

Conversations with champions are never about luck or other people; they’re about mindset, persistence, and relentless pursuit of growth. Every conversation is a lesson in resilience, focus, determination, and taking responsibility for your own life and actions. Surround yourself with those who inspire, challenge, and push you to elevate your game. 🚀

At Over 300+ lbs so many things seemed impossible, I never imagined I would be where I am today! I kept showing up, eventually found community, confidence, courage, and kept chasing my goals.

Being spontaneous was a prideful thing for me, I am queen of rolling with the punches and not allowing circumstances to dictate my emotions/behavior, out loud at least!
.
Motherhood changed that for me, the monotony of everyday life was daunting, stripped me of the ability to exercise my spontaneity, & eventually I became depressed.
.
I’m not either of those people today and blessed to operate fully in the monotony of life & spontaneously find solutions to the evolving circumstances of the day as a mom of 3!!!
.
I pray I teach my babies to learn to run with punches and the skill to stop, evaluate a task, and complete it no matter what life throws your way!
