Laithy Architects extends across both Laithy Villas and commercial and administrative spaces, bringing one architectural vision across different parts of the destination.

The approach was about creating architecture with both function and identity, while staying aligned with the wider vision of Elsewhere.

With great respect and sadness, we dedicate this episode to the loving memory of Engineer Medhat Ghatwary, CDO - Chief Development Officer for Creeks by Elsewhere, who poured his passion, experience and dedication into every detail of a vision he deeply believed in.

From the first conversations about the vision and the land, to working closely with the architects and designers and bringing each part of the project closer to reality, his contribution was deeply rooted in the belief that a place should be more than just buildings.

This interview is now more than a conversation about a project.
It is a memory of a man who gave so much of himself to bringing Creeks project by Elsewhere to life.
