Noopiming. In the bush! Yesterday I went in search of a blueberry patch I'd found last year. I found it! But only 2 blueberries, both of which I ate, then a third one which I photographed before I ate it. I think someone had got there before me. Makwa maybe? I had brought my bear horn just in case! Then I went swimming in this beautiful pond. It is partly in my neighbour's land and partly in the conservation area which butts on to both 'our' lands. This bay, where I swam, is in the conservation area. In reality, it is all just land, just being, everything dwelling there/here just being. by @elspethsoper

Another huge storm yesterday. Video taken just before the rain started pelting down. The thunder was continuous during the storm! by @elspethsoper

There was a huge thunderstorm at lunchtime. Torrential rain, strong winds, thunder and lightning. The shop I was in lost power. Driving back I was stopped by this huge pine tree fallen across the road! 2nd photo: this young man appeared with an axe and a bow saw to start clearing it. He didn't have any gas for his chainsaw but he thought he'd come anyway. Video: men from the Township arrived with chainsaws, meanwhile another guy dragged to tree to the side of the road, towing it from his truck. Next photo: space to drive though!
