Congratulations to @knifehandgang 🤍💍 Honored to have been the personal chef for such a beautiful and intimate proposal dinner. Thank you both for allowing The Chef Bean Experience to be a part of such a special moment. The evening featured a Jamaican-inspired three-course menu with: ✨ Jerk shrimp over crispy fried plantains with jerk barbecue sauce ✨ Braised oxtails over sweet potato purée with rich oxtail gravy ✨ Coconut rum bread pudding with rum caramel sauce A special shout out to @elsquatch92 for the beautiful live cello performance throughout the evening, and to @mentalfitzness & @everythingmchristina for creating such a stunning atmosphere and bringing the décor vision to life so beautifully. ✨ A candlelight dinner for two turned into a forever kind of night. 🤍 Wishing Cam & Jolie a lifetime filled with love, laughter, good food, and unforgettable memories together. 🥂✨ 🎥 @weroamglobal #MemphisChef #PrivateChef #ProposalDinner #PrivateChefExperience #RomanticDinner ChefBeanExperience MemphisEvents LuxuryDinnerExperience by @elsquatch92
My first outdoor climbing adventure. My lady friends are so strong and smart and cool! Hal was an amazing guide and I can’t get over how cool some of the techniques I learned from him are. by @elsquatch92

Summer ‘25⁩ Missing moments: my 500th day sober, and then the month I thought I could drink again, but realized I actually had just tricked myself into thinking I was healthy mentally. 10 days in to sober journey #taketwo by @elsquatch92

I am so in love with my chosen family. In June a few of us took a trip to celebrate Stonewall, but also our Nathan. We feel his presence every day and it was so special to release him in a place he and Chris loved. Nathan and Chris belonged to each other, but he was also one of my soulmates. Some joked that he was my big brother, but I think Nathan made everyone family. He shone so brightly and he was the kind of friend who was always there for you. “In the end, what truly matters is the people who stand beside you when life gets heavy. The ones who show up when you need them most. The ones who whisper, We’ve got this, when the road gets tough. It’s about those who notice when your light dims, who reach out when your silence speaks louder than words. The ones you’d rather sit with in quiet comfort than fill the space with small talk. The ones who see through your “I’m okay” and gently call you on it. The ones who send a simple thinking of you text on days that feel hard. It’s about the people who see you. The people who care quietly but deeply. The people who stay no matter what.” by @elsquatch92

I got to experience something so special today. If you know Josh you know what a warm, kind, and funny man he is. Today I finally got to see him play Da Gamba and it was so everything I thought it would be. Getting to finally experience the passion he has for this very complex instrument was inspiring. by @elsquatch92
