WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?

There are three defining decisions every man must make:
1. Who he chooses to become — the values and character he will carry.
2. What he devotes his life to — his purpose, his calling.
3. Who he chooses to walk beside him — the partner he will build life with.

I think I can finally use the word perfect as an adjective, not because everything will always be easy or rosy, but because with you beside me, life is always worth going the extra mile.

Thank you for opening my eyes to what love truly means. We don’t get to choose how we enter this world, but we are given the privilege of choosing how we live in it, and who we journey with along the way.

My Temi, choosing you is the greatest decision I have ever made, apart from accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior.

Thank you, I can’t wait to journey through life with you, my Crown of Joy. ❤️

Note to self:
A couple of months ago, I said yes to spending the rest of my life with my favorite person.

In such a short time, loving him has become one of the easiest and most natural expressions of my life. Before I met him, God led me through a season of pruning. One that required a surrender deeper than I understood at the time. A surrender that cost comfort, control, and my own sense of timing. A surrender that refined my desires and aligned my heart with His.

I didn’t realize then that the pruning was preparation. That in letting go of what I held tightly, God was making room for what He had already ordained. I now see it was all leading to this: A love that feels like home, reflects heaven, and is steady, safe, and eternal.

I see what love looks like when it is authored by God.

Thank you for being everything I didn’t know to ask for, yet perfectly created for me. You love me with a gentleness that feels safe, steady, and kind. Your love reflects the heart of God, and through you, I see His faithfulness. You’re everything I could have imagined and still so much more. I love you beyond words.

Forever isn’t just a word anymore, It’s us.

Yoruba meets Bamileke

Two cultures. One covenant.

Wrapped in blue, the color of calm, wisdom, stability, and harmony. The Bamileke tradition is honored with grace, reflecting the balance and strength that will ground their home.

What unfolds is more than attire, it’s a story of becoming. Justina, rooted in Yoruba heritage, is gently and intentionally welcomed into Bamileke culture. It doesn’t feel like two worlds colliding, but a beautiful unfolding one of love, learning, and embracing.

The Lord has united them not only in spirit, but is faithfully weaving their cultures into one story.

We didn’t come together just to build a life. We came together to build an altar unto the Lord.

We prayed for more than love and chemistry, because love alone is not enough to sustain a marriage.
You need prayer. You need surrender. You need two people willing to keep returning to the altar.

We prayed for a covenant Heaven would recognize.
Because strong marriages are not sustained by feelings alone, but by two people who refuse to abandon the altar.

Grateful beyond words for the gift of brotherhood. What began as a bachelor’s celebration became a reminder of God’s goodness through the men He has placed in my life. Laughter, counsel, joy, and sincere love—iron sharpening iron, just as Scripture says. I do not take it lightly that I am surrounded by brothers who celebrate with me, pray with me, and walk with me into this next season.
