Congratulations to the 2026 ScaleUp Class! 🎉

It’s an honor to have been one of the 20 businesses selected and to have met so many amazing small business owners along the way. We are strong in community, and this experience taught me so much while connecting me with people I can now call friends (and the food was always 10/10, let’s be honest 😂).

I’m eternally grateful to the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for being one of the OG supporters of Bull & Crow. If this is year 1 for B&C, I can’t wait to see what year 2 looks like. 2026 class, vamos con todo. 🙌 taken in Dallas, Texas by @elvaachavez

Elva here 👋 There’s some new faces around here, so let me properly introduce myself.

Dallas has been home for most of my life, but I’m a guanajuatiense at heart. 🇲🇽

I’m first generation, and proud of it. I spent the majority of my 20s climbing the corporate ladder, which turned into the title Marketing Director before 30. To this day, I’m still explaining to my mom what I actually do for work.

Last year I took a leap of faith and launched Bull & Crow Marketing. Not gonna lie, I’ve done a lot of cool sh*t, but building this is probably at the top of my list. I wanted an agency where clients felt seen and supported, bold like a bull, sharp as a crow. Why the name? That’s a story for another time.

I’ve always considered myself incredibly creative, a Swiss army knife in marketing and most things. I’m always curious. I don’t just talk the talk, I definitely walk it.

Outside of work, I’m a schnauzer mom of two, wife to a baddie, a retired mosh pit kid, and an art enthusiast.

I’d love to actually get to know you too, where are you from, or how did you stumble on my page!? 👈 by @elvaachavez

Honored to be named a 2026 Ad 2 Dallas 32 Under 32 honoree. 🇲🇽

Table 10, group 2. Seven beef wellingtons bites later. A room full of Dallas creators doing the d*mn thing. Honestly one of the best nights I’ve had in a while.

When they asked me on stage what advice I’d give my younger self starting my career, is the same advice I’d give anyone. Never stop betting on yourself. Don’t water yourself down. Don’t forget your roots.

As a first-gen founder, every accomplishment carries a little extra weight.

To the creators who trusted me and the businesses growing with us, this one’s for you too.

Thank you, @ad2dallas for hosting a wonderful night. by @elvaachavez

I had the best time in this cohort 🥹
Huge thank you to the Chamber of Commerce. You always put me on to the best workshops. And to Hilltop for making it happen and teaching us all things finance.

The work you all do for small Hispanic businesses does not go unnoticed. I met some amazing people, and ran into a couple of familiar faces 🙂‍↔️

Also, can we talk about the view from the 30th floor? 🤩 by @elvaachavez

Testing out the Luna Ultra in downtown Lancaster. I’ve always found so much beauty in static shots, and every frame came out feeling dreamy. 📸 taken in Historic Downtown Lancaster by @elvaachavez

It’s cringe until it makes you money 💸

I had the pleasure of speaking at the HWNT state conference on a topic I’m very passionate about: marketing. I got to encourage a room full of women to post and be visible. Visibility builds trust, trust builds relationships, and relationships build businesses.

What’s worse than feeling a little cringe? Missing opportunities because people don’t know you exist or don’t know what you do.
