Publiciteit | SHAKSHUKA MET KIP 🍗

Italiaanse tomaten, kruidige saus en malse kip: deze shakshuka heeft alles in huis! 🍅 We gebruiken @elvea1885 tomaten in dit recept en vieren zo de verjaardag van Luigi Vitelli, de founding father van het merk. 🇮🇹

Ingrediënten (2 personen):
• 2 kipfilets of kipdijfilets, in blokjes
• 0,5 tl kurkuma
• 0,5 tl komijn
• 0,5 tl cayennepeper
• 1 ui, in halve ringen
• 1 rode paprika, in reepjes
• 1 teentje look, geperst
• 1 laurierblad
• 800 gr Elvea pelati tomaten
• 4 eieren
• 1 el verse peterselie, fijngehakt
• 2 flatbreads
• boter - olijfolie
• peper - zout

Bak de kip goudbruin in een scheutje olijfolie en een klontje boter. Kruid met kurkuma, komijn, cayennepeper, peper en zout.

Voeg de ui, de paprika, de look en het laurierblad toe. Laat zacht meestoven tot de groenten gaar en zoet zijn. Voeg vervolgens de tomatenblokjes toe.

Laat het geheel tien minuten sudderen op een zacht vuurtje onder deksel zodat alle smaken goed samenkomen.

Maak vervolgens vier kuiltjes in de saus en breek er de eieren in. Laat 15 minuten garen onder deksel tot de eieren gestold zijn.

Werk af met verse peterselie en serveer met flatbread.

Proteïne bowl 🍠🥑🍅 (Bevat publiciteit)

Dit is een blijvertje! Perfect om te mealpreppen en de perfecte after-gym-bowl want het bevat een stevige portie eiwitten.

Star of the show: Pomo & Legumi van @elvea1885 .

Deze hoeveelheden zijn voor 2 stevige maaltijden, of drie kleinere. Ik eet het zelf als ontbijt omdat het dé manier is om met eiwitten te starten en dat maakt dat ik overdag minder snel moe ben. Glucose-spikes vermijden is daar echt de beste oplossing voor, imo.

Hoe je het maakt:

500 gram zoete aardappel, in blokjes
1 el tijm
1 el rozemarijn
1 tl lookpoeder
Peper en zout
1 el olijfolie

▪️10 minuten in airfryer op 200 graden.

500 gram kippengehakt
2 el komijnpoeder
1 el lookpoeder
Peper en zout
2 grote el Pomo & Legumi (Elvea)

▪️Opbakken in de pan.

250 gram ricotta
2 avocado’s
Chilivlokken
Honing

▪️Voeg per portie 1 geplette avocado en 125 gram ricotta toe. Doe er hong en chili vlokken over.
