Just a quick appreciation post for some of the baddest motherfuckers I’ve had the honor of meeting in my life.

I’ve done and experienced a lot throughout my journey, but the way these six men operate as a team is on another level. And trust me when I say this, sometimes it feels like something straight out of a movie. The level of coordination, trust, awareness, and the way everyone knows their role without needing to say much… it’s something you have to experience to truly understand.

But the one thing that genuinely caught me off guard was when the big boss chose me to lead the team for our final mission.

I won’t lie, I was honored, but at first, I was also confused. I kept asking myself, “Why me?” I knew what I could bring to the table, but being trusted with that kind of responsibility was something else.

Then he told me something I’ll never forget:

“You’ve got the eye, and you stay conscious of everything happening around you in every moment of action.”

That stayed with me.

Sometimes, people see qualities in you that you haven’t fully recognized in yourself yet. And sometimes, leadership isn’t about being the loudest or the strongest in the room. It’s about staying aware, keeping your head clear, and seeing what others might miss.
