Sooner or later you will have to choose…

Building the life I promised myself, one step at a time…

You’re doing your cut wrong if you don’t know what to do AFTER it.

Staying extremely low on calories after getting lean will eventually catch up with you.

I increased my calories by around 1,200 after my cut — more food, better training, more energy, while maintaining my leanness.

Losing the fat is one thing.

Keeping it off is the real skill.

You don’t need to get fat to build muscle.

The traditional “bulk → gain loads of fat → aggressive cut” cycle is completely unnecessary for most people.

Stay around maintenance or in a small surplus, train hard, eat enough protein, and give your body time to build muscle while staying relatively lean.

Build muscle without spending half the year trying to lose the fat you gained.

Your body is a reflection of what you do consistently.

Your habits decide your physique.

Your choices decide your progress.

Don’t focus on being perfect. Focus on what you repeat.

If you’re doing incline walks to get a flatter stomach, stop making these 3 mistakes

Most people think they just need to increase the incline—but your form matters too.

Fix these mistakes, make your walks more effective, and stop wasting your cardio.

Save this for your next session

You don’t need to be perfect to get in shape.

You need to stop letting one bad decision turn into a bad week.

Missed your morning workout? Train after work.

No meal prep? Go buy the ingredients.

Overate last night? Get back on track today.

Only got 30 minutes? Make those 30 minutes count.

The people who get the best results aren’t perfect — they’re consistent.

Stop waiting for the perfect day. Make the most of the day you have.

Your dream physique starts with the decisions you make when nobody is watching.

Find a physique that makes you think, “I could actually look like that.”

Then keep it in your head.

Before the junk food.

Before skipping the gym.

Before half-assing your workout.

Ask yourself: “Is this taking me closer or further away?”

That mindset completely changed my approach to fitness.

Stop focusing only on the body you have now.

Start making decisions for the body you’re trying to become.

Save this for the next time you need a reminder.

How to lose that stubborn belly fat

Belly fat can increase your risk of health problems, so if you want to lose it, you need to focus on losing overall body fat.

Stop doing 100s of crunches, sit-ups and endless planks — you can’t spot-reduce belly fat.

Instead, stay in a calorie deficit consistently and let your body gradually lose fat.

A simple starting point is bodyweight in lbs × 12, minus 500 calories.

Then train 3x per week with resistance training — think presses, rows and squats.

And aim for around 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

If you’re unsure how to structure your diet or training to lose fat, comment “FAT LOSS” and I’ll send you my FREE Fat Loss Guide
