I didn't realize it until after it was posted, but the testimony portion of the video I posted yesterday actually cut early. Optically and story wise it still looked fine, so I took that as a sign the Lord wanted me to keep the second half of that message to myself.

But then I inquired of the Lord. I was then reminded about the Prophetic word in that second half that said "God was making me my message." A part of that message is one of breakthrough by means of obedience.

So, I'm choosing to believe that someone's breakthrough is on the other side of that obedience. I'm choosing to believe someone will hear their own story through mine and be encouraged.

But mostly, I'm believing that someone would be drawn by the grace that is found in Jesus and dare to be changed and empowered by it. The length alone will kill the reach of this video, but it's not for them...it's for you.

A few weeks ago, in an encounter with the Lord, I heard God say:
"When you become afraid, you become a fraud."

2 Timothy 1:7 NLT
For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline.

This week in an encounter I heard:

"Self-control (discipline) looks like submitted strength, humility."

Then like any good father would, He rebuked me 😂:

"Jonah, turning his nose up at Ninevah."
"I asked you to go to Nineva."
"Are they your words or Mine?"
"Are you My prophet or are you not?"
" Are you My messenger or are you not?"
"Will you deliver my message?"
"Or will you be swallowed by the pride of life?"

Today I said goodbye to my first car. Gifted to me on my 16th birthday, this Impala has been a constant in my life for over 20 years.

From sunsets to joyrides. Wedding bells to school bells. Driving cross country to sitting in parking lots and driveways. To say I've been a blessed man would be an understatement.

But in this season of growth, maturity, promised lands, and expanding capacities; greater levels of stewardship are required. So we say Lord, "lt will never be ours, it will always be yours."

I'm grateful for the memories, but looking forward towards what's to come. Follow along for the journey ✌🏾 by @elwillieawesome

MC Conference came last weekend & We didn't come to play. WE CAME TO WAGE WAR!!!

EPHESIANS 6:10-20

“A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In addition to all of these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Pray in the Spirit at all times and on every occasion. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all believers everywhere. And pray for me, too. Ask God to give me the right words so I can boldly explain God’s mysterious plan that the Good News is for Jews and Gentiles alike. I am in chains now, still preaching this message as God’s ambassador. So pray that I will keep on speaking boldly for him, as I should.”

TESTIMONY‼️‼️
This year in AXL God answered my prayers!

This year I have been walking in a new season of devoting all of the gifts God gave me for His Glory. And man...what an HONOR. This is the first time I have used this specific & unique dance unto the Lord & in a corporate setting. For many years I have withheld this gift because of shame & fear of men. There was a time in my life where I was told I was too loud, I need to look a certain way, be a certain way to gain the approval and the pleasure of the Lord. I didn't realize then, but because of these experiences I was now operating in the spirit of religion & fear of men. Before I knew it, this was my compass on how to navigate life. Consumed with needing approval, wanting validation, wanting to be seen, glorified even. All because I thought my identity 🫆 was in what I did & how well I do it.

There was so much hurt and disappointment that I hid it for the majority of my life. I tamed myself, and shrunk myself to look like everyone else because it was "acceptable." That is just like the enemy to consume your mind with lies, that you think it's your own voice and you call it "wisdom" or "protection."

As I started to heal wounds, disappointment, I started to pour forgiveness. Last year at AXL I received the Fear of the Lord. For the very first time I understood that the gifts God gave me were NEVER MINE to begin with, they were ALWAYS HIS! So I surrendered all of it. So the Lord asked me a question while I was in the process of auditioning for @mercycultureworship "If I ask for it, Will you give it to me?!" And it wasn't just singing, he was requiring my DANCE 😳 so at that moment I gave him my fresh YES.

Since I made it into MCW dance I have been believing for my husband to join me in this expression. This year in AXL my husband was delivered and set FREE to give this expression to the Lord. These pictures captured the moment he set me free from also comparison and competition from my own partner. This is the first time WE GET TO DO IT FOR HIS GLORY 🙌🏼 🥹😭 what a moment! I'm in AWE OF HIS WONDERS. I truly serve a God who answers prayers. He has healed me in more ways than I ...more in comments.. by @elwillieawesome
