In recent times I have attended events and then someone calls me by saying 'Hello my dear PORAaaaaaaaa friends 😅 or hello PORAaaaaaaaa. I turn around and begin to smile. I have also being asked what PORA mean. At the begin of the year I shared with us our salutations as a Tribe/Community on this space . PORA is found in 1Sam.29. It's the story of David, after he experienced massive loss, he enquired from God on the next step to take. Then God told him to #pursue and that he will surely #overtake and #recover #all. And that's the WORD we are running with this 2021. There's power in 'Confession'. It sinks into your subconscious man and in time you begin to reflect your 'CONFESSSION'. As we ' Pursue, to Overtake and Recover All (pora) never share in the glory. It all belongs to GOD and God alone. So, this morning my dear PORAaaaaaaaa friends, join me to give all the glory and honour to Oseme ( Our Father), who has kept us going with His word 🙌🏽. This is a song by yours truly titled ' Oseme ( My Father). Catch the full video on my YouTube channel @elwoma. Do have a beautiful Thursday 😘🥰. #tbt #wordofGod #confession #oseme #myfather #isoko #deltastate #videooftheday #visuals #musicvideo #thursday by @elwoma

One brave answer at THE POD LIVE 2026 became a real step forward for Feyi, a bright secondary school student. During our Creative & Media session on building businesses creatively, @elwoma asked a question and she raised her hand. Feyi shared that she enjoys making hair for fun, then showed us some of the friends whose hair she had done herself. We were genuinely impressed by how good she was. She was not standing there with a polished business plan or a fully formed brand. She was simply a young student speaking confidently about something she loved and had already started practicing. Ewoma Luther-Abegunde saw that moment and spontaneously initiated a crowdfunding effort to support her. It was beautiful to watch the room respond and even more beautiful to see how much that encouragement meant to her by the end of the day. What stayed with us was the reminder that sometimes impact begins with noticing potential early, taking it seriously and helping a young woman see that what she carries is worth developing. We were grateful to take that support back to her school and place something practical in her hands for the next step and this is not where Feyi’s story ends for us. We will continue to follow her journey, encourage what she is building and cheer her on as she continues to grow and build on her own lane. Thank you to every woman in the room who contributed towards the gift in her own way and chose to be part of what happened next.
