Just a small window into the last three months… surrounded by some of the most amazing gals and guys that I could ask for. This has been a summer of growth… in independence, self love, friendships, esp in discovery of who I AM OUTSIDE of a mom. I am forever grateful for every single one of you I got to know, and spend time with. I am beyond blessed. It has been a long time since I have felt so much love and fullness in my life. Happy Mothers Day to my mother, Michelle Stanfield Zimmerman. She was the community mom all our lives growing up. The one anyone could run to to ask questions, get help, or just feel safe. Thank you for all you’ve taught me, for the sacrifices you made and the help you’ve provided me with my own kids. I wouldn’t be half the amazing mom I am without you.

Happy Mother’s Day to an incredible mother @elysezimmerman

One thing I truly appreciate is the way we communicate and continue to work together with love, understanding, and intention when it comes to raising Fallon the right way. Parenting is never easy, but I value the sacrifices you make daily to ensure she is protected, guided, loved, and growing into the amazing young woman she’s becoming.

I also want to personally thank you for allowing me the space to continue chasing dreams, building a legacy, and becoming the man and father I’ve worked hard to be because truthfully, you could’ve made life a lot harder than you did. That grace, maturity, and willingness to work together for the bigger picture is something I’ll forever respect and love you for.

The patience, care, and commitment you continue to pour into Fallon’s life matters more than words can explain. In a world that can be heavy at times, your willingness to continue showing up for her with strength, love, and intention is something I deeply admire.

Today, I hope you feel celebrated, appreciated, loved, and cared for. Thank you for all that you do and for the heart you continue to carry as a mother. Happy Mother’s Day. by @elysezimmerman

Weekend 2/2 kicked off with @jonmarsillo and @erikaaug coming to Austin for @kidcudi … off to Fallon’s first festival at the Moody Center for iHeartRadios Country Music fest, (she waited all night for @shaboozey and @lukebryan ), then ended with some catching up, and a preseason @dallaswings game with @kennethlifts_ Fallon and my hometown besties. by @elysezimmerman
