Repotting day ✨️✨️✨️

New home for my variegated Monstera

Swapping soil for a mineral substrate: more air around the roots, better drainage, way less rot stress. Roots in, covered, watered, done.

Now we wait. Updates in a few weeks✨️✨️

2-month update

I repotted my plant into a chunky aroid mix and a clear pot so I could finally watch the roots do their thing. The result? Stronger, longer roots and new leaves on the way✨️

Not every plant make it, and that's okay. Some aren't meant for us, others we get wrong alonge the way. That's part of growing too✨️

Guess it's time to introduce myself and tell you more about me✨️
Plants have my heart (and most of my house)
Books are where I disappear for hours
And food, because life is better shared around a table

Some days therapy comes in the form of a new leaf. Money can’t buy happiness, but it can buy plants and that’s close enough for me ✨
