meet jules! 💘 this little 3/4 month lady is named after Detective Juliet “jules” O’Hara from @psychpeacock. Jules is one of the strongest characters I know, not to mention the incredible @magslawslawson who plays her.

@psychpeacock got me through so so much in life especially the passing of my sweet anders who we had to say goodbye to in July. He lived a long 7 years (93 years in guinea pig years)! Juliet has always been such a strong character I looked up to, and one of my all time favorite characters.

i am so excited for this next chapter with my sweet jules💕 by @em.power

i just graduated…oh yeah, i just graduated…HAHA! 🖤💛

i recently graduated from the school of sciences and health with my masters in counseling psychology specializing in substance use. i have worked tirelessly for the past two years. i balanced 4 classes per semester (plus 2 in the summer), practicum, internship, and full time work. i completed 750 hours of internship working with the incarcerated substance use population. if you haven’t heard of me in awhile, this is probably why, i haven’t had too much of a social life balancing all of that.

i have learned so much about pharmacology, research and methods, neuroscience, substance use, clinical work, ethics, working with all types of populations, etc.

i am so grateful to my beautiful cohort, you all made class so much fun and so much better. how lucky am i to have shared this journey with you. the amazing professors who helped me, thank you. my supportive friends and family, especially my dad who knows a thing or two about this type of work, thank you. my baby jules, who keeps me going and has one brain cell but literally brings me the most joy, i love being your home🥹and of course my amazing partner who has been endlessly supportive, gracious, and loving, i am so thankful for you and could not have done this without you.🖤✨

🇺🇸 “I am looking for information regarding my cousin, Jerry Zimmerman (1943 - 1995).

I never met Jerry as I was born after he passed, but he facinates me so much. I hear stories about him from my father. They were first cousins and grew up together. I knew his mother very well and would visit her often.

Jerry attended @juilliardschool and later was a pianist for the @nycballet in the 1970s. He has accomplished great things coming from such a small town in Pennsylvania like working with #JeromeRobbins, playing for President Carter, and playing the Goldberg Variations for the movie The Silence of the Lambs.

It makes me extremely heartbroken we lost someone so talented so soon and that I will never get the chance to talk with him, but I am so happy that Jerry’s art will live on forever.

If you knew Jerry, please leave stories about him in the comments. I would love to hear about him since I never got to meet him. I’m a musician myself, so I have always felt connected to him.” 📖 by Emma Pile @em.power #whatisrememberedlives taken in Pittstown, New Jersey by @em.power

2/2 // there is a truth there is a light, if you’d follow me there.

i said everything on the other post but the concert was also amazing. i got to hear a lot of my favorites (beginners guide my ultimate favorite)!

WE GOT THE TRUTH IN THE YEAR 2025 ?! 🙏

lambs wool definitely stands out as my grandmother passed right around this song coming out and isom wrote it about the loss of his grandmother.

glitchzig from their newest album is one of my ultimate favorites that got added to my list.
