end of an era!

today I packed my last ever Sassy orders.

over the past 2 years we’ve been packing all your orders (with the help of lovely Georgie, and Grace this summer), and for the past 8 months it has very much been about 90% of what we do.

there have been a lott of early mornings and late nights packing your orders, and I genuinely wouldn’t change it for the world. i know one day I’ll miss it.

but handing over the packing means ALL your orders are going to get to you a million times quicker, our returns and exchanges will be a million times smoother AND we can finally put so much more time into all the FUN things that have had to take a backseat while we’ve been trying to keep our heads above water with packing orders.

more pop-ups, more events, new (and very different) products launching, and SO much more that we can’t tell you about just yet!

a very mini milestone in the grand scheme of things. i know lots of businesses don’t start out packing every order themselves, so I’m very grateful we got to do that part. it’s taken us a longggg time to find somewhere that felt right, as it was SO important to me that your orders still arrive beautifully packaged.

so thank you so muchly for helping us reach this mini sassy milestone, beyond excited to finally focus on growing this lil bizz xx by @em_lowee
