CLUSTER: THE ILLUSTRATION RESIDENCY EDIT opens today as part of Vienna Design Week @viennadesignweek — bringing ten international illustrators together in a showcase curated by CLUSTER, in collaboration with The Illustrators’ Fair @illustratorsfair.

The exhibition brings together artists from across the Cluster Illustration Residency 2026 programme: shortlisted artists from this year’s selection, artists from our wider mentorship and jury network, and two artists selected from The Illustrators’ Fair’s July 2026 cohort.

Different practices. Different perspectives. One exhibition shaped by the connections, conversations and opportunities built around illustration.

From London to Vienna, this is what happens when platforms, artists and communities come together.

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of Edition X: What Change Carries Forward, and for their thoughtful feature on ANNEAL and the ideas shaping this year's exhibition.⁠

The feature explores ANNEAL through the lens of tradition, transformation and cultural exchange, reflecting on how knowledge moves between generations, institutions, countries and individual makers.⁠

We're delighted to announce Lost in Jewellery Magazine (@lostinjewellerymagazine) as an official partner of AMALGAM, Cluster's contemporary jewellery exhibition this September.

Together, we're creating exciting editorial and promotional opportunities that extend beyond the exhibition, giving artists greater international visibility and recognition.

✨ One exhibiting artist from AMALGAM will receive a 5-day feature on LIJM's 'A Room with a View' online editorial page, alongside five days of promotion across LIJM's social media channels.

✨ One artist from AMALGAM will also be selected for inclusion in The Lost Archive Lookbook – 2nd Edition, to be published in August 2026. For this award, Cluster's Founder and Director, Ema Marinova, will nominate a shortlist of three artists from the exhibition, from which LIJM will select one final recipient based on its editorial vision.

This partnership reflects our shared commitment to championing contemporary jewellery through thoughtful editorial storytelling, international exposure, and meaningful opportunities for artists to share their work with a wider audience.

We're excited to collaborate with Lost in Jewellery Magazine and look forward to celebrating the incredible talent exhibiting at AMALGAM this September.
