it has been the LONGEST TIME since I've done any type of progress report on hoop or any piece of aerial equipment actually omg and the other day I found myself revisiting this old sequence wondering if I'd be able to do it now, and I'd be lying if I didn't say I was ABSOLUTELY THRILLED with how it came along😂😂😂doing this sequence again really made me realise the progress I've made over the past year, not only with this particular sequence but just with everything in general. Don't get me wrong because I am a positive lil bunny hehehehe BUT I'd be lying if I didnt say there are times where I feel I'm stagnating, times where I feel I haven't improved, times where I feel like particular skills are regressing as I pursue others and different pieces of kit, and times where I honestly feel that my abilities and training just aren't where I want them to be. This lil sequence the other day truly unlocked a lil bit of my brain that said babes you're doing swell, don't forget how far you've come🥹🫶✨🩷And so let this be MY REMINDER TO YOU!!! that you are doing so beautifully, that showing up is worth it every time, that every bad training session is STILL BETTER THAN NO SESSION AT ALL, and that despite it all, YOU ARE FLOURISHING🥰🥰🥰🥰I'm so excited to continue training hard, playing harder, and seeing how far I can go with this sweet little (HUMUNGOUS) passion of mine🥹🫶🤩💘😻✨🌱🌈🩷#AerialHoop #AerialProgress #LyraArtist #CircusTraining #ConsistencyPays by @emagetic

shoulder stands are the HEAVY focus for this week's ~🌱🪩STEAL MY🪩🌱~ series, I get SO many shoulder stand requests from students for both beginner aerial hoop and intermediate hoop so thought I'd do a cheeky feature hehehe from easiest to hardest!!!🤩🤩🤩my personal fav is the shoulder stand strop split variation, looks a bit crazy but is actually such a nice, stable & pretty pose heheeeee😻also love how these variations vary from beginner (pencil) to improver (strop split/normal split) to intermediate (straddle/stag) hehehe!! save em, try em, let me know which one is your fav!!!!😏🤭🤪✨🫶🌈💘#AerialHoop #LyraTutorial #ShoulderStand #AerialBasics #AerialHoopTricks by @emagetic

The first-ever BGC Weekend Retreat was absolutely unforgettable. 💖✨The most gorgeous location. ✨Met the loveliest girlies ever. So grateful our paths crossed 🥹The cutest strawberry fleeces ever 🍓from @ggltd ✨The perfect way to escape the heat! Picky bits, sunshine, and good company. ☀️Just look at this!! It was so nice to get to swim ✨Lots of cute tote bags from @ggltd that came in so handy for our little trip out! A wholesome woodland walk the next morning! These electrolytes came along and were the perfect little boost. Thank you @virtuedrinks ✨Look at us 🥹❤️The prettiest rosé bottles from @pocovino 🍷I’ve kept the bottles and added fairy lights inside so they can be reused again and again. Obsessed with how cute they look!Twinnn where have you been @izzy_marie_archer This was a lucky coincidence, we have a mutual love for @ggltd 😍Polaroids are a must on a girls trip 📸The person I couldn’t have done any of this without @kendallremington 🥰💅✨Thank you @emagetic for hosting the most amazing acro and yoga sessions! 👇👇👇STORY TIME!!!👇👇👇was training in the gym the other day minding my own lil business doing ma own lil abs strength & conditioning training when this HOMBRE out of nowhere comes and delivers me this advice😅🥲😂(even made me pull out my earphones to tell me this truly revelational news as well FML) now YOU MUST NOT PANIC because I was not and am not phased in the slightest by his comments or by what he may or may not have meant with this, BUT I wanted to share this because in a world full of as the kids call it, 'skinnytock' quite frankly and without wanting to be too rude hehehehehe✨FUCK that shit✨ I'm not training to be SMALL, I am training to be STRONG!!!!💪💪💪I don't want bloody wash board abs babes I want the best long arm straddle invert my body could possibly award to me amongst many other skills as well as just revelling in the joy of a body that functions as it should do and affords me a comfortable and pain free life which I am SO lucky to have and so grateful to experience🥹🥹🥹this is your reminder that your training doesn't have to make sense to ANYONE else apart from you!!!🥹and that if you're healthy and happy then truly, everyone else can suck one teehee🥰🤭🫶✨🩷and just a reminder that the haters gunna hate honestly no matter who you are, so don't pay em no attention - go live ya best life😘🧚‍♀️🍓❤️🪩🧊💘💭🪞🌱🌞✨🫶🩷#AerialHoop #LyraArtist #AerialStrength #AerialTraining #StrongWomen by @emagetic
