What a fun mural to paint! This one was donated to our local Children’s Ward from the Goldfields Children’s Charity and our generous community. It’s pretty special to get invited to paint it, 2 of our girls were born at this hospital so it’s been humbling to give a little back. Another birthday girl in our house…our little Ray of sunshine ☀️ is 15. Always bringing the laughs and sass. We love our little humans. It’s true they grow so fast, Ray is our youngest, but the beauty in seeing them become their own version of themselves is a gift 💝 by @emandersartist

Our second baby turned 18 today. Our nature, animal loving little human, snake handler and future conservationist who has starred in an abc doco and saved numerous bugs from being squished, navigated being neurodivergent and created her own style with confidence and had an incredible amount of hairstyles and colours! We are excited to watch the beauty and joy your bring to the world 🌿☀️ by @emandersartist

Heading off for a month in the tropics with the fam and to recalibrate after many months of intense life stuff. Grateful for the ability to actually try build a life around living instead of feeling like we are just surviving. Bring on the warm weather and cocktails 🍸 by @emandersartist

Thankyou Laverton for having us! What a blissful week it was creating 2 murals for the school, students helped with the creation and they were just so 🥰 and as a huge bonus the wall surface was so freaking lovely to paint on, it got a bit chilly in the morning but the days were mostly sunny …just an awesome job that we really enjoyed! Hubbys first week as my ta and he did 👍 our bus home travelled well being off grid and saw some epic sunsets. I kinda love my job ❤️ by @emandersartist

This one was challenging but so much fun! I struggle with portraits in mural work and was so grateful for the trust for this wall. You can only get better by painting more, trying to do better each wall that comes along…that’s my thoughts lately. Show up, do the work, see the wins, see the growth then do it all over again. Now to apply that to actually posting and sharing on socials! Thanks again @kbchs by @emandersartist

I am so lucky to get the opportunity to get a call back from a space to do more mural work for them. This one is for School of the Air , their students are remote, travelling or station kids. The inspiration was from photos they have entered over the years to the school to share their lives and moments. Not gonna lie it was cold most days and shingles decided to make an appearance…that sh$& sucks I don’t recommend it! But overall a fun job with beautiful people to work for 💕 by @emandersartist

Thanks @queenbeescoffee for having me host your night! Even after 12 years of hosting these types of workshops it’s still nerve racking but I love watching how everyone creates a unique piece of work…the wine is a bonus 🍷 by @emandersartist

It’s been a while! I haven’t felt like sharing mainly because my mind, heart and soul are feeling shredded, divided and manic. Closing the studio chapter was hard, selling our home of 12 years hard, moving into a bus is hard…life just feels hard, but hindsight will prevail and show up to show me it was just a season. Still in Kal painting fun murals and the odd workshop, working on a bus that doesn’t want to leave Kal…fun times lol! Ive got some projects I want to bring to life, feels good to feel inspired again after 6 months of just numbness. A lot of the positive vibes I have been getting lately has been that “somehow it always works out ok, that you will be provided for even when it feels like it’s not”. I guess there is a plan to the chaos, no 2 journeys are the same, we only get 1 go at it and its an adventure either way 💕 Love to all us humans
