today was quite a banger! had an incredible lift, a decent walk during my work break, and got to celebrate my older brother’s birthday. @brendan.mcguire , i love you and the man you’ve grown up into. our earlier years might’ve been filled with bickering - but now we’re closer than ever. im proud of everything you do and have done - losing weight, hitting 14k subscribers on youtube, and more accolades than i can list here. you’ve always been an inspiration to me, and a incredible shoulder to lean on. i love you man, props to the big 26!

not much to report for yesterday. 8903 steps is decent, but still not the 10k ive been striving for. i was able to hit a small leg day yesterday which went pretty well. we also celebrated my girlfriend’s mom’s birthday, which was really fun! it was a nice little escape from “weight loss” land.
weigh-in this morning had me at 214 - 6 lbs from where i started. could be fluctuations in water weight, but regardless any progress is progress. i’ll ship out another update soon! 🦍🦍 by @emanialifts

back on the saddle after the icy weekend. hit a chest, tricep & back day at work, finished with cardio. im still aiming for 10k steps by the end of the day, but we’ll see if the weather cooperates.
down 1 lb as of now. a very, VERY slow start - but progress nonetheless.
here’s to hoping this week’s endeavors will be fruitful !!!

days 1 thru 3
ive been doing a better job at getting active, watching my calories and being more mindful of the whole ‘losing weight’ process. everything in life that is worthwhile takes effort - a motto ive been having trouble grasping as of late.
thankfully, i have a pretty spectacular support circle - my family is supportive, and my sweet gorlfrand @reesespuffs02 has been my rock through the entire process. I love you so much, lil stink ❤️
i plan to post everyday - whether it be my fitbit summary for accountability purposes, lifting flicks or even just nature stuff i find on my walks. stay tuned! :) by @emanialifts
